Effort is the qualification.
We place ambitious people into companies that are still growing, where promotion follows what you actually do rather than what you studied. Then we stay with you while you get good at it.
A resume tells you where someone has been. It does not tell you how far they can go.
Most hiring runs on paperwork. The right degree, the right previous employer, the right decade of experience in exactly the right seat. It is an easy way to sort a pile of applications and a poor way to find the person who will still be raising the standard in three years.
We look at what someone is willing to put in. Whether they can take instruction without needing to be sold on it. Whether they keep going when the work stops being interesting. Whether they lift the people around them once they find their feet. Those things do not appear on a resume, and they are the only things that reliably predict what happens next.
Learn
the form
You arrive and you learn the job exactly as it is already done, without improvising, until it stops requiring thought. This stage asks for humility rather than talent, which is why it suits people with something to prove.
Break
the form
Now that the work is instinct, you can see where it is wrong. You start adapting it, your results move past what the process alone could produce, and you become genuinely difficult to replace.
Leave
the form
The form is no longer something you follow. It is something you have absorbed and can teach. This is where a career stops being a job, because you are now the person others are measured against.
Companies that
are still growing.
We are deliberately not tied to one industry. The method works wherever someone is willing to learn a craft properly, and we place across sectors rather than specialising in one.
What our partner companies have in common is not what they sell. It is that they are expanding, they train people rather than expecting them to arrive finished, and they promote from within when someone earns it.
That last part matters more than anything else on this page. In a company that is not growing, there is nothing above you to move into, and effort has nowhere to go. We do not place people into those.
Ambition needs somewhere to point.
You want a career,
not just a job
What we look for, what happens after you apply, and the things you should never be asked for by anyone hiring you.

a dollar a month.
The Talent Pool is a $1-a-month membership built for people who want a career in sales. Three things, a dollar a month, nothing else to pay:
- Sales education, done properlyFace-to-face and phone sales, taught the way the best offices actually train it, by people who use it every day.
- Interview training from the insideWe hire for a living. Learn what the person across the table is actually looking for, and walk in with leverage.
- First look at new rolesWhen a company we work with opens a sales role in a market you have chosen, you hear about it before it is advertised.
Tell us where you
want to end up.
Whether that is your own next step or your company's next twenty hires, it starts the same way.
