What happens to what you send us.

The only information this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your first and last name, your email, your company if you give one, the reason you selected, and your message. There is no account to create, no password, and nothing to pay, so we never collect either.

It is used for one thing: to read your message and reply to it. You are not added to a marketing list, and nothing you send through this form is used for anything beyond answering what you asked.

The form is delivered to keelan@shuhari-group.com by a form-processing service called Web3Forms, which is the only third party that handles it in transit. Their own policy is at web3forms.com/privacy. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare, whose policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.

A job application never goes through this website. It goes to the company hiring for the role you applied to, and it is not sold on to a list of third parties. If you want an update on an application, use the contact form and name the role, we will find it.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it runs no analytics software. Cloudflare, our host, keeps standard server logs (things like IP address and browser type) briefly for security, the same as any web host, and this is not used to track you individually.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything you have sent us through this form. Email keelan@shuhari-group.com and we will handle it directly, no form to fill out for that either.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no separate notice list to be added to.
